It’s officially summer! We’ve made it through the school year and are now on to the heat of summer. Summer includes all things picnic, camping, smore’s, and more! I’ve incorporated more fresh fruit in the menu this month as I know the kiddos love this. Honestly, I could just serve bananas once a day and most of them would be happy as evidenced by the joyful sound of “Nanas!!!” when I deliver them to the classrooms for meals.
