The Goal: Getting your kids to eat awesome, healthy and delicious foods. Where do we start?
Are we given too many options? Not enough?
Pick one day out of the week to cook together. Perhaps let the kids pick the foods (beef, pork, chicken, etc.) and also
the sides to go with them. Will this be easy? Maybe, maybe not. But it may spark ideas and a dialog between
parents and kids.
If we can try to be consistent with food introduction, getting them into the kitchen and/or shopping with us, this will let the kids know why we choose the foods we do and perhaps then we will have more success!
